Why Jewelry Whisperer?
I realized my true passion lies in connecting people with the perfect piece for them—something that reflects who they are and helps them feel their best. Witnessing the joy it brings fills me with purpose. As I searched for a name that captures this inspiration, Jewelry Whisperer came to mind, perfectly expressing how I approach my work and the unique way I connect people with jewelry that feels meant for them.
What is my vision and mission?
My mission is to create and curate extraordinary pieces that resonate with my clients, offering personalized service, exceptional quality, and a deep understanding of their unique desires. Through intuitive guidance and enduring partnerships, I strive to transform jewelry into a meaningful expression of individuality and timeless beauty.
Who do I help?
For custom designs, I work with clients who may not know where to start, using my expertise and confidence to guide them from the initial idea to the moment they wear their finished piece with joy.
I also help men who want to select something special for their wives, girlfriends, partners or themselves but need guidance to balance their personal taste and budget. Through thoughtful questions and collaboration, I ensure that they find a piece that’s both meaningful and perfect.
When loved ones are left an estate, with care and sensitivity, I assist families helping them navigate decisions about selling or preserving heirlooms. I provide the knowledge and options they need to honor their family’s wishes.

What is my background?
After earning a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice in Boston, I continued to hone my craft, working at various jewelry stores. I joined Lux Bond and Green, becoming their top sales associate in my first year and developing a passion for luxury brands like Rolex and Patek Philippe. This passion led me to Cartier on Newbury Street, where I thrived for seven years in sales and management, optimizing their world-class training in New York, Paris, and Geneva.
Eventually, I returned to my roots and fulfilled my dream by opening my own jewelry and art gallery on Boston’s Charles Street. Blending my love for antiques and contemporary design, I created a haven for jewelry enthusiasts and collectors unlike any other.
Furthermore, I completed the coveted Graduate Gemologist (GG) program from Gemological Institute of America, recognized as the highest standard in the industry. This achievement testifies to my advanced knowledge in gemstone identification and diamond grading, qualifying me to provide professional evaluations with the utmost confidence and accuracy.
With a track record encompassing retail, luxury brands, custom design, and appraisal, I’ve developed a comprehensive and intuitive knowledge of the magnificent realm of jewelry. I offer my clients unparalleled service- guiding custom creations; sourcing rare pieces; evaluating heirlooms; while offering a sympathetic ear.

“I had an amazing experience with Alissa Eck! She designed a stunning custom ring just for me with a tasteful, unique design. I truly appreciated her trustworthiness and attention to detail. She even let me trade in old jewelry, making the piece even more special. I highly recommend her for beautiful, one-of-a-kind jewelry!”
